Job Summary
AEG is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Spokane, WA. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate individual ticket and season ticket revenue through daily sales and relationship cultivation phone calls, messages, and email communications
* Actively prospect new business opportunities, targeting potential sales leads who align with our brand and values
* Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and community engagement initiatives to drive revenue growth and client engagement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business results

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years experience in ticket sales or sales-related role
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to pass comprehensive background check, SafeSport Training, and maintain valid driver's license and insurance

What We Offer
* Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission
* Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and paid vacation time
* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including 75% employer contribution for employee premiums and 50% employer contribution for dependent/spouse medical, dental, and vision
* Employer-paid employee life insurance and AD&D

* Paid 2 weeks vacation (prorated first year of employment) and paid sick leave at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
