Our Service Organization is currently seeking Customer Service Call Center Representatives for our Service Center. We employ highly skilled customer service professionals who provide support to our insurance agent management team by managing new business inquiries related to sales processing and administrative tasks. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service to our agents and clients efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries from agents
  • Provide timely assistance and updates regarding pending items and application requirements
  • Handle most customer interactions independently
  • Communicate basic information clearly within the functional area
  • Collaborate with team members daily to meet departmental and regulatory standards
  • Process requirement items as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in customer service and/or call center roles
  • Strong accountability, ethical standards, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Attention to detail

Training & Development:

Customer Service Representatives will participate in a comprehensive paid training program to gain knowledge about the insurance industry, phone etiquette, product details, policy provisions, and transaction processing. Ongoing coaching and feedback will be provided to ensure you develop the skills necessary for success.

Shift Information:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift during standard business hours.

Salary:

Competitive full-time base salary, with overtime eligibility and a target bonus.

Salary Range: $32,500 - $45,500
