Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our inbound Customer Care Servicing Call Center team. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for assisting others, a strong alignment with our core values, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Addressing a wide range of customer inquiries related to checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, debit card issues, online banking, and mortgage services.
  • Assisting customers in opening deposit accounts over the phone.
  • Effectively communicating and clarifying financial information to customers.
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of recent experience in a retail banking or financial call center setting.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and effectively engage with them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with account openings is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in multiple systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with online banking processes and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of equity lines of credit and mortgage terminology is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work at various locations as needed.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bi-lingual skills are an added advantage.
