This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong sales and customer service background. As a Field Services Account Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Manage the sales process by promptly responding to all inquiries, presenting information, and providing CSA Group information to prospective contacts/leads and referral customers.
- Client Management: Determine client needs and expectations, relay necessary information to operations to maintain customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate and complete client files.
- Proposal Development: Prepare cost proposals of services for clients using applicable questionnaires and worksheets, send proposals to clients, and conduct follow-up calls to provide further information and answer questions.
- Operations Support: Assist as needed with the operations group in opening an application file and completing documentation necessary for accepted proposals.
- Sales Lead Generation: Develop sales leads through industry experience, internet research, trade show leads, trade magazines, and other suitable resources.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide management support in weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
- Education: Post-secondary education preferred, with a four-year degree in a technical or scientific field a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience.
- Skills: Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications; sales force experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone and customer service skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
