We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Transteck Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Inspection: Accurately check in all incoming parts and reconcile packing lists in a timely manner.
  • Shipping and Fulfillment: Ship all warranty and customer parts on a timely basis, ensuring prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by placing incoming parts in proper bin locations, customer pickup, delivery, and R.O. areas.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain all UPS and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
