Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our branch, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, maintain local collection contacts, and support centralized functions.
  • Monitor and resolve lease, contract maintenance, and special billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Fleet Services to establish a collaborative relationship and support licensing, permitting, citations, and other fleet operations.
  • Perform process analyses and reviews, investigate issues, and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
  • Maintain District Personnel Files, JJ Keller reports, complete weekly payroll, and process paperwork for new hires.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with branch team members.
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and financial administrative roles.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
