Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Presidential & Coordinated Campaigns to implement the campaign's political and coalitions plan.
  • Craft and recruit into the campaign's key coalition groups for events, earned media, and paid communications opportunities.
  • Empower activists and coordinate with local elected officials across the state.
  • Assist the WI Political & Coalitions Director in developing storyteller & surrogate recruitment staff metrics.
  • Manage incoming storyteller & surrogate requests and assist with trip logistics.
  • Conduct additional outreach to support campaign programming and build trusted relationships with validators and community leaders.
  • Supervise and manage campaign staff to complete metrics and key events to support department programming.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience effectively building meaningful relationships with Elected officials, local influencers, government agencies, businesses, non-profits, or community organizations.
  • Experience in community outreach for a political campaign, government department, business or community organization.
  • Prior experience in recruiting surrogates & storytellers for a political campaign or advocacy group.
  • Experience in building & managing databases with complex information and tracking.
