Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing performance across a territory of Boost Mobile stores, working closely with retail store owners to ensure compliance and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to front-line sales teams through role plays and side-by-side selling.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores to boost performance.
  • Store Visits: Make daily calls to stores to resolve customer escalations and ensure accountability to Boost brand standards.
  • New Retail Distribution: Identify new retail distribution points using local knowledge and real estate contacts.
  • Store Owner Engagement: Communicate with store owners to enhance sales performance and implement plans to exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience post-high school, with a focus on sales and account management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent time management skills, ability to balance multiple priorities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Specific Qualifications: Valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, and successful completion of driver's safety training.
