About the Role:
In this dynamic and customer-centric role, you will lead and direct sales floor associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive top-line sales. As a values-based leader, you will ensure that our customers receive personalized service and support, fostering loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct sales floor associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Coach and develop associates in sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement store visual standards and maintain a high level of merchandise availability
- Manage labor hours effectively to drive top-line sales and profit
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience with a focus on customer experience and sales growth
- Proven ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Proficiency in technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
