Customer Experience Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated LifeCafe Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our daily shift operations, managing team members, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead LifeCafe shift operations, ensuring smooth execution and meeting sales targets
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance food quality and speed of service
- Address member feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage light food prep responsibilities and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
- ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire
- Ability to lift over 20 pounds and work in a dynamic environment
- Night and weekend availability required based on business needs
Compensation:
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and paying up to $21.50, based on experience and qualifications.
