About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated LifeCafe Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our daily shift operations, managing team members, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead LifeCafe shift operations, ensuring smooth execution and meeting sales targets
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance food quality and speed of service
  • Address member feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage light food prep responsibilities and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
  • ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to lift over 20 pounds and work in a dynamic environment
  • Night and weekend availability required based on business needs

Compensation:

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and paying up to $21.50, based on experience and qualifications.
