HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER (FULL TIME)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee and enhance the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. This full-time position requires a strong leader who is passionate about maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will:
  • Supervise and participate in the cleaning of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage cleaning assignments and prioritize tasks based on occupancy and special requests.
  • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning assignments and inventory of supplies.
  • Train and onboard new team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment and materials, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership position within the housekeeping or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
