Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Provide guidance to advise sales organization on National Rental, Regional Rental Accounts.
- Develop and implement direct and indirect sales strategy for the CASE Construction Brand with National Rental, Regional Rental, Federal government and Corporate Business Accounts.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Responsible for developing short and long-term forecasting and working with Production Planning for targeted customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Negotiate and handle commercial contracts/agreements between company and customers.
- Manage overall relationship with new and existing customer base in order to influence top decision-makers and proposing, negotiating and closing opportunities.
- Collaboration and Partnerships
- Work with industry and company partners to profitably grow customer base and sales and support opportunities.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years' experience dealing with National and/or Corporate Accounts.
- At least 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.

The annual salary for this role is $105,000 - $161,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
