As a Workforce Scheduling Team Lead at Uline, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our call center team's staffing needs. This position requires a strong leader who can guide and support the WFM scheduling team in achieving our goals for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage WFM Schedulers' performance by tracking and reporting team productivity and accuracy.
- Review processes and procedures to recommend efficiencies and productivity improvements to management.
- Train WFM schedulers on company policies and procedures.
- Handle any WFM scheduling-related issues with management.
- Provide weekly scheduling support.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of scheduling experience.
- WFM experience preferred.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
- Ability to evaluate data to identify trends.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
