The Respiratory Department Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our respiratory department, fostering strong relationships with clients, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment
    • Oversee the receipt and processing of incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of respiratory equipment and accessories.
    • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of service associates to achieve exceptional customer service and sales performance.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports on department performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced office setting, preferably within the DME industry or medical setting.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, medical field, or related industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift and maneuver equipment of any weight up to 25 lbs.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (Pivot Tables).
