Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Compensation: $23.70 per hour

About Us: Comprehensive Life Resources is a pioneering Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic dedicated to serving individuals with complex wellness needs. We are currently seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our WISe team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver case management services tailored for children in specialized foster care, ensuring appropriate care and progress towards treatment objectives.
  • Offer support, guidance, and ongoing training to foster parents regarding the children in their care.
  • Coordinate services with DCYF caseworkers, juvenile court, educational staff, and other team members, actively participating in team meetings.
  • Organize pre-placement visits, placements, and parent interactions.
  • Facilitate monthly Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings.
  • Provide skills training and Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities to youth.
  • Encourage CFT members to express their priority concerns and work collaboratively to minimize potential conflicts.
  • Utilize consensus-building strategies to address the needs of youth and families.
  • Engage all CFT members, clarifying their roles and responsibilities within the team.
  • Collaborate with Youth and Family Partners to identify community resources that can support the youth and family.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for crisis intervention.
  • Maintain consumer records in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Assist in providing crisis intervention services to children and foster families.
  • Support and coordinate therapeutic services with both foster and natural parents.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in all practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience in a child-serving system; experience with foster care and adolescents is preferred.
  • Valid Washington State credential/license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to transport clients as needed.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of insurance.
