Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing and medical services within our Youth Residential Treatment facility. This role is pivotal in supporting the health and well-being of youth aged 12-18 who require specialized care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing and medical care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Educate residents, families, and staff about prescribed medications and medical treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and clinical observations in the electronic health record.
- Administer medications in accordance with state and program guidelines.
- Provide emergency medical assistance as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Facilitate educational and skill development activities for residents.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to evaluate and adjust care plans.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and maintain a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State LPN license.
- Minimum one year of experience working with children or adolescents.
- Knowledge of psychotropic medications and psychiatric care.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of insurance.
