We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to support our clinics. The Call Center Representative will handle various receptionist, clerical, and billing responsibilities, including answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, scheduling patient appointments, checking in patients, obtaining billing information, and assisting with patient account inquiries while maintaining medical records.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma along with at least one year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Call Center Representative, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
