Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing and medical services within our Youth Residential Treatment facility. This role is vital in supporting the health and well-being of youth aged 12-18 who require specialized care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing and medical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met.
- Educate residents, families, and staff about prescribed medications and medical treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and clinical observations using electronic health records.
- Administer medications and provide emergency medical care as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
- Facilitate daily living activities and skill development for residents.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to evaluate and enhance care strategies.
- Uphold a safe and therapeutic environment through proactive supervision and engagement with residents.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Washington State LPN license.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents is required.
- Familiarity with psychotropic medications and psychiatric care is preferred.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
- A valid Washington State driver's license and proof of insurance are required.
