Compensation:

$110,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing administrative operations including human resources, financial management, facilities oversight, and IT support.
  • Formulating and executing operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workflows and productivity.
  • Tracking key performance indicators and operational metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and drive performance.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and oversee the firm's budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Implementing cost-reduction strategies and resource allocation plans to optimize profitability.
  • Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Working closely with attorneys and support personnel to guarantee outstanding client service delivery.
  • Establishing and enforcing quality assurance protocols to maintain the firm's standards of excellence.
  • Addressing client feedback and concerns promptly, seeking avenues to improve the client experience.
  • Partnering with the firm's leadership team to formulate and execute strategic plans and growth initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for business expansion, process enhancements, and service improvements.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Exhibiting high energy levels and demonstrating empathy combined with resilience.
  • Excelling in project management and systems development for improved operational success.
  • Thriving in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment that values continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, 4 or more years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Possession of a valid TX Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Extensive experience in team management.
  • Proven experience in budget management exceeding $20,000,000.
  • Demonstrated ability in refining business processes and managing systems to ensure profitability.
  • Exemplary leadership in employee management, performance evaluation, and HR functions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Effective management of external resources including accountants and technology vendors.
  • Previous experience in the legal field and familiarity with law firm operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of divorce and family law is advantageous but not mandatory.
