Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal representation to clients in various immigration matters, including proceedings before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
  • Conduct comprehensive immigration assessments to determine eligibility for relief and explain clients' rights and options.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure clients receive holistic support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records in our management system.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, including legal assistants and interns.
  • Represent the firm at professional events and in community outreach initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership in a state bar association.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Successful completion of a federal background check.

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in immigration law.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar or a reciprocal state.

Work Schedule

  • Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as necessary.
