Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal representation to clients in various immigration proceedings, including before the Immigration Court and USCIS.
  • Conduct comprehensive immigration assessments to determine eligibility for relief and explain available options.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to coordinate additional support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in our case management system.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns as necessary.
  • Represent the firm at community events and professional gatherings.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership in the bar association.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Successful completion of a federal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar or a reciprocal state.
