Job Description

Human Resource Dimensions is seeking a seasoned compensation professional to join our team as a Director of Broad Based Compensation. This is a hands-on role that will play a key part in our Corporate Compensation team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Compensation.



Key Responsibilities


  • Compensation Strategy: Develop a compensation philosophy and strategy that enables our company to compete in the market as an employer of choice.
  • Compensation Administration: Lead the administration of base pay and short-term incentive plans, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and government regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and oversee the annual survey participation process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market pricing activities using Market Pay, review recommendations for new hires and promotions, and ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop departmental reporting and dashboards to provide insights into compensation practices and issues.
  • Project Management: Lead complex projects, such as pay increase planning, career framework evaluation, and salary structure maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with corporate HQ department leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure compensation practices and issues are positioned appropriately.


Requirements


  • Experience: 10-12 years of progressive responsibility in compensation management, with a strong preference for global organizations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, advanced MS Excel skills, and experience in complex project management.
  • Workplace: Work performed in a typical office environment, with no travel anticipated.
