Director, Broad Based Compensation

This position serves in a hands-on role as a member of the Corporate Compensation team, reporting to the Vice President of Compensation and leading compensation activities.

About the Role:
  • Lead initiatives, projects, and regular annual processes such as pay increase planning, career framework evaluation, and salary structure maintenance.
  • Partner with corporate HQ department leaders and HR Business Partners by providing advice and support that ensures the company's compensation practices and issues are positioned appropriately.
  • Responsible for the administration of compensation policies and programs for the Global Technology Center (GTC) in Krakow, Poland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Compensation Management, with 10-12 years of progressive responsibility and experience in large corporate environments, preferably global organizations.

About You:
  • Proven track record in complex project management with the ability to deliver quality recommendations and solutions in a timely and detailed way.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify themes and trends, draw conclusions, and formulate appropriate recommendations.
  • Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
What We Offer:

A competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic organization.
