Job Summary:

Lockheed Martin, a leading global security and aerospace company, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced technology systems, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment, radio, television, and other communications equipment and systems, circuitry components, analog and digital computers, and control and test equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical, Software, Planning, Program Management, Production Operations, and Mechanical Engineering, to ensure successful product development.
  • Research and develop new technologies and solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Participate in design reviews and other technical meetings to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CREO modeling and experience with CCA and Cable/harness design and development, electronic packaging design.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Experience with Military defense hardware and knowledge of electronic packaging design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Zuken E3 experience.
  • Windchill experience.
  • Experience with Military defense hardware.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret
