Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate harness concepts for subsystem interfaces, wiring diagrams, and Development Parts Lists (DPLs) to support component procurement and integration.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of internal organizations to manage supplier inputs and develop internal documentation.
  • Perform design trade studies to evaluate cost, weight, packaging, and power benefits.
  • Utilize a tailored Product Development Process (PDP) to support a quick-turn missile demo.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in electro mechanical design, preferably with expertise in CREO, Zuken, missile harnessing approaches, missile architecture, and integration.
  • Proficiency in printed wiring board (PWB), circuit card assembly (CCA) design, and cable harnesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CAMEO.
