Position Overview

As an Account Development Executive at Interpreters and Translators, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within our Corporate segment. You will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships and acting as the primary point of contact between our company and prospective clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential customers, guiding them through our solutions cycle, and ultimately closing deals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets within assigned territories and segments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop new customer relationships (including expanding existing customer bases) and consistently meet new customer acquisition goals within the Corporate segment.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives for your assigned market segment to ensure consistent delivery of new client acquisition targets.
  • Craft and execute tactical plans to drive new sales volume within your designated market segments.
  • Contribute to the implementation of sales programs, procedures, and best practices that enhance our competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all strategic objectives and profitable sales targets are achieved within your assigned territory.
  • Build strong customer relationships across all levels of influence, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring their expectations are met through seamless integration with our services.
  • Continuously assess customer needs and effectively translate them into tailored product and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the Corporate sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
