Role Summary

The primary responsibility of the Senior Regional Marketing Manager is to enhance patient acquisition for a portfolio of Specialty Dental Brands, focusing on Orthodontic and Pediatric practices across specified markets. This role will closely collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and Regional Operations leadership to formulate effective local marketing strategies, streamline marketing processes, and identify opportunities for patient growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Partner Doctors, office teams, and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of tailored marketing plans for assigned brands, emphasizing initiatives that drive new patient engagement.
  • Collaborate with SDB office leaders and doctors to create effective patient and doctor referral marketing strategies.
  • Support various digital marketing efforts, including Listings Management.
  • Manage local office requests and coordinate with SDB's digital and creative marketing teams.
  • Identify and prioritize local event opportunities and manage coordination efforts.
  • Assist partner offices with local sponsorship initiatives, including creative execution and activation.
  • Develop comprehensive content marketing calendars that encompass organic social media, email marketing, and patient communication campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between the digital marketing team and partner practices as needed.
  • Assist offices in procuring local printed materials such as appointment cards and promotional items.
  • Support the VP in managing the Regional Marketing team by sharing best practices and identifying training opportunities.
  • Contribute to vendor management, including advertising agencies and freelance support.
  • Evaluate and refine regional marketing strategies, pricing approaches, market trends, and patient volume forecasts.
  • Assist in developing practice budgets and analyzing return-on-ad-spend metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in community relations, public relations, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, showcasing ambition and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, relationship building, and event planning is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in basic printing terminology and procurement processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capability to design and implement marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
