As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging your technical expertise, communication skills, and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch support to customers through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a positive experience every time
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries utilizing defined processes and procedures
* Utilize knowledge database to provide accurate information and updates to customers
* Work effectively within a team environment to accomplish goals and meet deadlines

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience with Internet browsers & Microsoft Windows operating systems (preferable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal direction

Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
