About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our consumer tech support team, you will deliver exceptional phone and email customer service, resolving issues and answering questions related to ReSound hearing aids, wireless accessories, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Maintain current knowledge through ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
  • Evaluate new products, complete product-related training, and perform assigned projects as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  • Customer focus and strong interpersonal skills, with experience in dealing with diverse customer needs and expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in telecom, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Experience with Apple and/or Android operating systems, high-level technical knowledge, and hearing aid manufacturing experience are highly desirable.
