Job Overview

As a key member of our team at Zach Jaworski - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Market and Sell Insurance Products
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services to customers.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide personalized service to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Business Acumen
    • Basic understanding of business principles and practices to effectively market and sell insurance products.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills
    • Basic computer skills to effectively use software and systems to manage customer relationships and market products.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • License Requirements
    • Property & Casualty license (must have currently)
    • Life & Health license (must have currently)
