We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Arbor Lodging Management. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations and check-ins, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assist with taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking
- Help large groups with their arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Be knowledgeable about the local area and provide recommendations to guests
- Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Process payments and ensure accurate accounting
Requirements
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor
- Hotel front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of reservation systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
