Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Gulph Creek Hotels. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the revenue efforts for our dual properties, Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square/AC Marriott Newtown Square.
Key Responsibilities- Attain new corporate business and maintain existing relationships through negotiation of group rates and contracts.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate, leisure, and community partners through direct client contact and over the phone.
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
- Manage accounts proficiently and accurately, utilizing STS tool and property PMS systems.
- Prepare weekly reports and utilize revenue reporting systems to track progress.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries for group room blocks and meetings.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new client base.
- Prepare group resumes and brief front desk staff on incoming groups, requirements, and needs.
- Attend weekly revenue management meetings and provide direction and oversight on pricing strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner.
- Proficient in computer office programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work as a team and independently with minimum supervision.
