Norman's Gift Shops, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team in Kennett Square, PA.
About the Role
As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve store goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
