About the Role

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
