About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Burlington Kia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding their ideal vehicle, providing detailed information on features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on new vehicle releases, features, and technologies to provide expert knowledge to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of automotive industry trends.
