Job Title: Account Executive

Join DISH, a leading provider of satellite television service, live-streaming, and on-demand programming, as an Account Executive. As a key member of our Retail Wireless team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction across our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Make daily calls to stores to boost performance and resolve customer escalations.
  • Ensure accountability to Boost brand standards in all stores within the territory.
  • Identify new retail distribution points using local knowledge and real estate contacts.
  • Communicate with store owners to enhance sales performance and implement plans to exceed sales quotas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and four years of related work experience.
  • Four years of sales and/or account management experience.
  • Three years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management experience.
  • One year of selling wireless products or services.
