This role will lead the development of the sales model and sales competencies, FCR training, and pull-through globally. The successful candidate will design and deliver global training content, conduct training for all affiliate CL&D employees, and coach excellence and written communication within the field coaching reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Coaching Excellence framework within Field Coaching
  • Create a strategy for linking training to data
  • Develop/enhance sales competency models that are fit-for-future
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes and required behaviors, skills, and knowledge
  • Determine content changes required for existing training curricula or work with external vendors to design and build new global content
  • Incorporate motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience and maximize learning and retention
  • Lead regional/local training activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Ten Years' Experience OR PhD and Eight Years' Experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management, and managing multiple projects/priorities
  • Executive presence and ability to work with a variety of stakeholder levels
  • Leading without authority and creating a path of innovative work
  • Clear and concise written communication
  • Proactive and autonomous learning
  • Strong leadership and self-direction, comfort, and experience tackling very ambiguous and complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, interact with, focus, negotiate, resolve conflict, and drive consensus among individuals from various cultures and disciplines
  • Proven ability to lead collaborative and creative problem-solving and overcome resistance or barriers
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
