Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility, including Receiving, Production, and Shipping.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to production teams and department leads.
  • Assess and manage employee and system resources to maximize productivity while minimizing downtime.
  • Supervise departments comprising over 100 employees in a fast-paced environment with a total workforce exceeding 400.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across production lines.
  • Collaborate with executive management to set ambitious goals for the warehouse and teams.
  • Foster effective communication among associates to create a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Aim to reduce overhead costs while enhancing productivity across all product lines.
  • Manage employee schedules across departments to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Develop and implement workflow policies that improve speed and efficiency without compromising product quality or safety.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-standard health and safety regulations.
  • Report any issues or challenges to senior management while actively working towards solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a production or warehouse setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to leverage advanced ERP and materials management tools for optimizing capacity planning and shop floor management.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly on the production floor.
  • Strong logistics experience is advantageous.
  • Combination of business operations, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and program management expertise to tackle a diverse range of challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in leading and mentoring teams to achieve substantial results, with strong communication skills.
  • Exhibit high professional ethics, sound judgment, and the capacity to make timely decisions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
