Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility, including Receiving, Production, and Shipping.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to production teams and leads.
  • Manage and assess employee and system resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise departments with over 100 employees in a dynamic environment of 400+ staff.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across production lines.
  • Collaborate with executive management to set ambitious warehouse and team objectives.
  • Foster effective communication with associates to create a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Aim to reduce overhead costs while enhancing productivity across all product lines.
  • Manage employee schedules across departments to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Develop workflow policies and processes that improve speed and efficiency without compromising quality, safety, or integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-standard health and safety regulations.
  • Report any challenges to senior management while actively seeking resolutions.
  • Perform additional duties as required within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a production or warehouse setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven leadership in utilizing advanced ERP and materials management tools for optimizing capacity planning and production management.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly on the production floor.
  • Strong logistics experience is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive background in business operations, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and program management.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in leading and mentoring teams to achieve significant outcomes, with strong communication skills.
  • Exhibit high professional ethics, sound judgment, and timely decision-making abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
