Director of Total Rewards and Compensation

Upside is revolutionizing the way people shop and businesses thrive. As a Director of Total Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This strategic position will oversee and optimize all aspects of US payroll, benefits, compensation structures, and bonus and equity administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Total Rewards Strategy Development: Develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks, ensuring competitive positioning through regular analysis and adjustments of compensation and benefits offerings.
- Compensation Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of all US compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and equity plans to increase performance and retention.
- Payroll Oversight: Ensure accurate processing of payroll, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and implement best practices for payroll processes.
- Benefits Administration: Manage benefit programs, including health, welfare, and retirement plans, and evaluate existing benefits programs to recommend enhancements.
- Equity Administration: Manage our equity compensation plans, including policies for granting, tracking, and reporting equity awards to employees and other partners.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with all regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and reporting.
- Communication and Education: Develop and facilitate ongoing communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards programs, and provide guidance to HRBPs and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on compensation trends and program performance.
- Competitive salary range: $207,000-$229,000 USD per year + bonus + equity + benefits
