  • Provide precise information regarding menu selections, daily specials, and ongoing promotions.
  • Address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure timely and respectful service for all guests.
  • Seating Management:
  • Professionally welcome guests and manage seating arrangements to enhance table turnover.
  • Reservations and Waitlist Coordination:
  • Handle reservation requests, particularly for larger groups.
  • Maintain an organized waiting list for walk-in guests and collaborate with the service team.
  • Assist guests with questions about wait times and special requests.
  • Transaction Processing:
  • Accurately process financial transactions.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Issue receipts and provide accurate change.
  • Order Management:
  • Input orders into the POS system with precision.
  • Manage phone orders and relay details to the kitchen and service staff.

  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work in harmony with restaurant, bar, and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Essential:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and professional phone etiquette.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Desirable:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Food Handler Certification.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform various physical tasks throughout the work environment.
  • Stand and/or walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Job Functions:
