Digital Marketing and Communications
  • Administer our digital marketing initiatives, including social media channels, internal websites, and email campaigns, to ensure brand consistency.

  • Create copy, source copy, and/or edit copy from other areas of the organization for marketing pieces, articles, and communications.
Marketing Operations and Management
  • Manage marketing distribution channels, including website, email, social media, and print.

  • Maximize website performance, track keyword rankings, and implement SEO strategies.
  • Utilize marketing and communication platforms to reach marketing goals.
  • Set and achieve strategic goals for social media metrics, advertising, and marketing campaign initiatives.
Department Supervision and Leadership
  • Develop an evaluation system for the department and monitor improvement initiatives generated by evaluations.
  • Oversee the department's daily workflow.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate department staff in a manner necessary to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to cultivate a motivated environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership.
Other Responsibilities
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in marketing and communications to inform the growth and evolution of our programs and offerings.
  • Ensure alignment with our organization's priorities and key initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing manager or similar role.
