- Oversee the department's daily workflow.
- Train, develop, and evaluate department staff in a manner necessary to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to cultivate a motivated environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in marketing and communications to inform the growth and evolution of our programs and offerings.
- Ensure alignment with our organization's priorities and key initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing manager or similar role.
