Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
  • Provide personalized service and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
