We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Register and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
- Provide personalized service and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
