Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn Daytona Beach Speedway/Airport. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete reports and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Deliver quality meals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Share knowledge of the local area and provide recommendations to guests
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
