Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and replenishing supplies
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
