POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Supply Chain Analyst collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the availability of materials, fulfilling production requirements, and guaranteeing delivery assurance to our clients.

This position demands a keen attention to detail, the ability to independently drive results, and comfort in working with extensive data sets to derive meaningful insights.

The role provides exposure to our suppliers and clients within the Aerospace & Defense sector, along with the daily processes essential for fostering successful customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Forecast, monitor, and reconcile work orders and raw materials
- Maintain inventory critical to wire and cable production to meet client demands
- Engage with various suppliers in the wire and cable industry
- Implement lean manufacturing principles
- Focus on process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives
- Regularly verify that ERP inventory levels align with physical inventory and communicate findings with management

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Understanding of Manufacturing and Production processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze large data sets
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
- Results-oriented and organized, capable of meeting deadlines
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills for interaction with peers, management, and clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to leverage existing resources to resolve issues
- Familiarity with ERP Systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in a relevant field, with 2-4 years of pertinent work experience in lieu of formal education

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
