Job Title: 2X10 Weekend Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as 2X10 Weekend Call Center Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. This is a part-time position, working weekends, and requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
