Critical Care Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN

Parham Doctors' Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
About the Role:This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. As a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN, you will collaborate with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
You will serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
Responsibilities:- Assist with Admission and Discharge Processes: Ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in Quality Assessment: Collaborate with other members of the management team to assess the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support Patient-Focused Philosophy: Engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Operationalize Nursing Strategies: Support employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives to improve engagement.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Obtain within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS): Obtain within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse Diploma: Provide quality healthcare services to the Richmond community.
