Position: Sales Lead

About the Role:
The Sales Lead position is tailored for those who are passionate about the Pandora brand. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our culture and product offerings, ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. You will provide essential support to both Managers and Sales Associates, playing a vital role in our in-store achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a results-driven seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performing sales environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills that drive positive outcomes.
  • Expertise in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to verify identity and work eligibility.
  • Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
