Job Title: Sales Director

Starwest Botanicals, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities and assess the viability of new products.
  • Manage sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
  • Commission or bonus structure.
  • Full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
Travel Requirements:
  • Frequent travel within the United States to meet with customers and call on accounts.
  • Infrequent international travel may be required as the company explores expansion outside of its core North American base.
