Job Summary

This Medicare Sales Agent position offers a unique opportunity for sales professionals to advance their careers with a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients using leads provided by the company.
  2. Sales Management: Utilize our CRM system to manage and track client interactions and sales.
  3. Product Education: Educate clients on the benefits of our Medicare plans and assist them in choosing the best options for their needs.
  4. Performance Metrics: Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  5. Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and offerings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid 02-40 or 02-15 license & AHIP.
  • Experience: Must have experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record of sales success.
  • Remote Work: Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
